Description: Sid and Marty Krofft, the endlessly creative puppeteers behind oddball 1970s kids' shows like H. R. PUFNSTUF and LAND OF THE LOST, created SIGMUND AND THE SEA MONSTERS in 1973. Its hero is Sigmund Ooze (Billy Barty), a sweet little sea monster who's an outcast from his family because he refuses to scare anybody.
