Description: I am selling a SeaStar BayStar compact hydraulic steering cylinder, part # HC4645H. It is new in original packaging, however was used as a display and comes as shown with parts shown. The BayStar hydraulic steering cylinder is a balanced cylinder that features a compact design to fit most splash wells. Rated up to 150 HP on boats with outboards. Per manufacturer this requires a 21" W splash well width. This measures roughly 21 3/8" long X 4 1/4" wide X 3 1/2" high overall. This does come with some hardware and is missing the second tube.
