Sansui 9090DB Receiver, Restored, Many Parts Replaced, Serviced, Works Well

Description: Sansui 9090DB Receiver.This works well and sounds incredible! Faceplate is in excellent condition, just a bit of light wear in a few placesCabinet shows some typical light wear from age and handling, some minor nicks and chips to the walnut veneer, see pictures for all details. Everything works as it should, all functions work and all lights workThe previous owner opened this up and gave me detailed notes on the restoration.Several years ago the following work was performed: - Bias and DC were recalibrated to factory specs.- All pots and switches were serviced, cleaned and treated with the appropriate DeOxit. * Driver Circuit Board -All fusible resistors replaced.All electrolytic capacitors were replaced with Nichicon Muse Fine Gold, PW, KA & VR series capacitors. * Equalizer Circuit Board - All electrolytic capacitors were replaced with Nichicon Muse Fine Gold & PW series capacitors. * Power Supply Circuit Board - All fusible resistors replaced. All electrolytic capacitors were replaced with Nichicon PW & VP series capacitors. Replaced and upgraded two diodes * FM Power Supply Board All electrolytic capacitors were replaced with Nichicon PW series capacitors. New MJE15032 Voltage Regulator Installed. * Preamp Tone Board All electrolytic capacitors were replaced with Nichicon Muse Fine Gold & PW series capacitors. Upgraded the drop in circuit boards to BA312 * Filter Circuit Board All electrolytic capacitors were replaced with Nichicon Muse Fine Gold & other Nichicon series capacitors. Since the restoration, this unit has probably been used between 50-100 hours.Please note that the FM board was not touched, tuning section works very well and the previous owner generally does not recap tuning sections unless there are problems. Receiver weighs approximately 52 pounds.Dimensions are approximately: 21.25" wide x 17" deep x 7.75" tall.Power is 125wpc @ 8 ohms. Please look through my feedback, I have sold many partially/fully restored receivers over the years by Sansui, Pioneer, Marantz, Macintosh and others; I always get good feedback.
