It includes the original game cartridge, box, manual, dust cover, both precautions inserts, registration card, dog tag, and insert tray, all in good/very good condition with some wear. The box is clean with some shelfwear, noticeable dents, and minor scuffs (see photos). The manual and paperwork has some minor wear and creasing, but is clean and complete. The cartridge is clean with some minor wear. This is an authentic, original copy and is NOT A REPRODUCTION OR BOOTLEG. See above for photos of the actual item you will receive. I have personally cleaned this game's contacts with isopropyl alcohol and played it for about 10 minutes on a Wonderswan. It works perfectly, with no issues whatsoever. Due to some difficulty navigating the game's menus, I am unable to confirm if the battery backup still works or not.
