Coppell TV Repair LLC is offering a repair kit with parts we've used multiple times to restore failed power supply board DELTA DPS-167DP used in Vizio E550i-B2 LED TV. Failure symptoms You know you need this repair kit by either seeing IC901 (standby power driver IC) being visually burned / cracked or finding short (very low resistance) over diode D950B.In either case the TV will be totally dead even though the main fuse has been intact in all the cases we've seen and repaired.If there is no short over D950B and if your TV does have standby power, but for example has no back lights then you do NOT need this repair kit. Kit contentsThe kit comes with brand new replacement components for I901, D950B, ZD909 and R915 (no need to replace if original has continuity). Other components may be added over time if we see other failures develop on the board. If you receive component that you can not identify per the above list please do not hesitate to contact us - chances are we've expanded the list and haven't updated the listing. The main fuse practically never burns because of this failure and is not included. We recommend replacing all parts unless specifically noted otherwise. No instructions and locations are sent as part of the package - all the information needed is here in this listing.
