The heat exchanger boiler can brew and steam at the same time, and you can also quickly and easily dispense hot water through the separate hot water wand.The Pro 400 is also equipped with a switch that lets you choose from three different temperature presets as well as an optional pre-infusion mode and ECO mode. The three temperatures are 248°F (120°C), 255.2°F (124°C), and 262.4°F (128°C). Additionally, you can use the switch to trigger the pre-infusion process and to toggle the ECO mode.
