Description: This piece is gorgeous! Very good condition considering its age. Sits on the shoulders. There are 3 Velcro squares on the inside of the collar. I have no idea what they are there for. The beaded embellishments are in very good condition. Some of the edges are lifting. I imagine this could be an easy fix. I recommend seeking advice from a leather specialist. The previous owner had a massive wardrobe and likely wore it once, if at all. It's definitely a statement piece. Possibly made just for her.
