Description: RARE HUGE Moët Chandon Imperial Brut Champagne Bottle. LAMP ONLY, EMPTY BOTTLE, READ NOTE: This listing if is for the lamp ONLY. You will NOT receive a shade or bulb. This is a great bottle lamp and would look great in your bar or just about anywhere. A very unique look that is a one-off. Don’t miss your chance to own this great lamp! SIZE: This lamp measures 20” overall and the base is 6.5” wide. The bottle is 15.5” tall and the circumference is 14.5 at its largest point. CONDITION: The bottle is in overall good used vintage condition. See pictures for details regarding condition as they are part of the description. The label has some chipping a parts missing around the edges and some of the silver has worn off at the top. The basket still is attached to the neck but there is no cork. The cord is an older but is in good working order. I always recommend a replacement in this situation where the cord is older, however, it’s in good working order. The bottle itself has surface scratches but they do not take away from the look. The bottle has a cut in the inverted section on the bottles bottom to allow for the electric/support rod to pass through. This is a very stable, solid lamp. The lamp weighs approximately 5lbs. Age if Bottle: The ribbon label at the lip top states the appointment was made by, “Her majesty Queen Elizabeth II”. The US distributor was “Schieffelin & Co.” NY. The label dates between 1952 (beginning of Queens rein) to 1980 when the distributor went by that name. My guess is somewhere in the 1960’s but I can’t say for sure. We pack well and ship FAST!!!
