American Girl Barbie doll wearing the 1965 Gold 'N Glamour #1647 outfit and 100% VINTAGE. No reproductions here at all. Barbie is not perfect but she is perfectly loved. She has flaws. Her face is beautiful, a beautiful doll that has a nose nip. Barely noticeable with the naked eye. No earring holes. Hair is amazing. No major missing plugs. See her part. No hair cut. No neck splits. No green ear and no green scalp. Never had green ear or green scalp. Nail polish is still present on hands. No nail polish on toes. Legs bend pop and hold as the Mattel factory intended. Mattel markings noted on butt. One of her legs at the hips is not as tight as the other. Beautiful doll. Please ask lots of questions before you purchase this treasure. About the outfit: it comes from the highly desirable 1600 series and is considered a sophisticated piece. The dress is designed with a horizontally gathered aqua chiffon bodice and blue taffeta lining and is in great vintage condition. The jacket is in very nice condition too. Check out the four vintage buttons attached to front and metal snap and closures to the inside along with the Mattel Barbie tag. The jacket is accentuated by the gorgeous factory scarf with all fur ends full and fluffy. Her long brown tricot gloves accompany this suit. That hat still amazes me after all these years with the soft brown fur. The outfit will come with the VHTF Japan marked closed toed near perfect SPIKED heels when it sells for the list price.
