It was a fur clip that someone removed the prongs and converted it to a brooch. Please be advised that the number for this item as a fur clip is Patent 115,295. Condition: Pre-owned with clear signs of enamel and the gold tone loss. However all blue and white rhinestones are present. Also, over the course of the 80+ year history of this brooch, it appears that someone replaced the original fur prongs with a bar pin instead.
