Raindrops Green, Federal Glass 8 Oz Tumbler, 1929-33, 10 Colletible Uranium

Description: There are 10 tumblers available. I am selling them separately, so the price listed is for one tumbler. If you choose to purchase more than one, I will send them via combined shipping. Each glass measures 5 inches tall, about 2.75 inches in diameter at the opening and 2 inches in diameter at the bottom. Each glass holds 10 ounces to the rim. Therefore I would call them 8-ounce tumblers. The color is very light green, which glows under a black light. I believe this is called Uranium Glass. I do not know a lot about Uranium Glass so please ask questions. I'll do my best to answer. While I’ve seen these tumblers called “Polka Dot” “Dimple Glass” “Thumbprint” “Dot Optic," or just “Dot,” a fellow seller has identified them as "Raindrops Green" by Federal Glass, 1929-1933. These tumblers are extremely light and delicate. You will notice at the bottom of the glasses, the color is still light and not dark green as it would be should the glass be thicker at the bottom. All 15 tumblers are in very good condition with no chips or cracks. They do have some manufacturing flaws like bubbles and lines that look and feel like cracks but are not. These tumblers came from an estate that has items from the early 1800s to the mid-1900s.
