No. 60-2284 For ages 4 and up.Requires 2 "AA" batteries.NOTE: THIS INCLUDES DINOSAUR WITH ATTACHED WIRED CONTROLLER, BOX AND MANUAL. When tested with batteries, this moves and the eyes light up.
