Description: The Woodlands quilt is a foundation paper pieced design! The quilt focus is a large Lemoyne Star with feathered diamonds, and the border is designed around Morris & Company's strawberry thief fabric. All the foundation papers are included with the pattern to make this stunning quilt. The finished quilt will measure about 76" x 76". While we are selling this quilt project as a kit, the pattern was designed as a 12-month block of the month making it easier to work on this project one section at a time. The overall finished size of this quilt as shown in picture 1 is 76" x 76". The kit contains a purchased copy of the Woodlands quilt pattern, foundation papers (enough to make one quilt) and instructions designed by Linda McGibbon of Lakeview Quilting along with enough fabric to complete the quilt top and edge binding as shown in picture 1. Backing fabric and batting will need to be purchased separately. Printed fabrics in this kit are from the Original Morris and Company collection by Free Spirit Fabrics. Pictures 2 and 3 show the pattern and fabrics included in this kit, pictures 4 and 5 show additional images of this quilt and pictures 6 thru 10 show larger images of some of the fabrics. There are no substitutions in this kit! Skill Level: Intermediate and/or confident skills in foundation paper piecing. BACKING FABRIC AND BATTING ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS KIT. A little over 16 yards of fabric is included with the kit along with the pattern, instructions and foundation papers.
