NOTE: the roof sections have "spray snow" residue and is missing the decal curtains. This kit is in "very good" condition for one of the porch connecting pins is missing. Still assembles nicely. Correct marked box. Still a nice-looking piece. These Two-Story colonial houses always look very striking on the Plasticville residential layout or collection especially when illuminated.
