Description: This listing is for my story only This tank was sold on 5-29-2024The tank & regulator was new still sealedSold an item and buyer (deepblu4) there was a problem with it so I accepted the return even though listing showed no returns. The item was brand new and sealed. The Buyer returned it and when I opened the box only 1 of 4 items contained in the listing was returned. Yes the buyer kept the most expensive part of the order.When I get a return, I document with pictures showing condition of the box and process of unpacking.I filed a complaint with pictures as Ebay recommends and Ebay denied the claim with this response "unfortunately we couldn't determine that this was caused by the buyer, or that this was something in the buyer's control". I appealed and they denied again "However, as we don’t handle items directly, we’re unable to make that determination". So they deny my claim and still say this "You may still have options available to you outside of eBay since you have proof that the buyer stole your package".So they admit I have proof the buyer stole items but they won't stand by a long-time customer.So I have been using Ebay now for 26 years and this is how they treat long time customers by basically calling me a liar.This was their suggestion "we highly suggest you to offer free 30 day returns for you qualify for use of the partial refund tool where you can deduct up to 50% from a buyer’s refund to compensate for the loss in value if you receive back an item empty, damaged or missing parts". So their thinking is, ok you committed fraud so the seller will let you keep up to 50% of their funds. So sellers keep this in mind, if you sell something you may be able to keep your funds, you may be able to keep half your funds or you may be able to keep none of your funds and have to pay return shipping for the enjoyment of being a Ebay customer.Never used, Tank still sealed i believe it is a size c tank You get only the tank pictured, the other items unfortunately was stolen buy a Ebay Buyer Please study the pictures to satisfy yourself on condition of item and ask questions if you have any I do combine shipping when possible Interested buyers please read: All items are sold "as-is" unless otherwise stated. I do combine shipping whenever possible. eBay charges 10% Final Value Fees to the seller on shipping costs, so it is in my best interest as well as yours not to charge over on shipping. Costs are high because USPS rates keep going up, not mine. Payment, or arrangements, must be received within 4 days of close of auction, or ebay will automatically report it as a 'Non-Paying Bidder'.
