Description: Offered is an original World War Two production trigger housing manufactured for the M1 Garand infantry rifle. This trigger housing is marked D28290-7-SA for production by Springfield Armory. While this trigger housing will fit any Garand, it is correct for Garands in the serial number range of 750,000 to 940,000. This trigger housing is parkerized (as opposed to the original Dulite finish), meaning that it went through an government arsenal refurb following World War Two. It has remained unissued since then and is offered in its government wrapper. It was packed away for long term storage in August of 1974. If you have a Garand in that serial range that it parkerized (is an arsenal refurb) and you are looking to make it correct, this part cannot be upgraded. Domestic shipping only.
