The original GameBoy Color does not have any lighting to the screen, making it difficult to play, even in the best lighting conditions.This modification allows you to play your favorite games for hours on a bright, vibrant screen that is larger than the original screen!The new IPS screen contains 4x the pixels compared to the original screen - with brighter, more vibrant colors and a wider viewing range. The on-screen-display menu can be accessed by pressing "Select+A+B" at the same time. This menu will let you control brightness and image position.It will also allow you to turn a battery meter on or off, as well as a retro pixel effect setting that mimics the original LCD pixel style.
