NIB Gem Models Pennsylvania Railroad A5s 0-4-0 Switcher HO Brass

Description: New in the box Gem Models HO Pennsy/PRR/Pennsylvania Railroad 0-4-0 A5s switcher. Model No. GN-128. Made in Japan by Olympia in 1975. Might have been another run. No wheel wear. DC of course. Runs on my 12V test track really well for a brass model. I did lubricate it sparingly with plastic compatible hobby oil. Comes with factory box which is decent and not delaminated or excessively handled/stained. Foam is long gone but no foam damage to the model. No tarnish or fingerprint oils damage. Appears to have been lacquered. Has been stored away for years. I will pack it well. I only handle brass with lint-free gloves to prevent damage from hand oils. I don't see any literature. No damage to the model that I can detect. No loose, bent or missing parts. Use photos to verify. Model has no backhead but also you don't look at an ugly tail end of a pittman open frame motor in your face. Nice model with lots of potential for the PRR steam fan! A note about our packaging: We only use new boxes or cardboard. All packaging materials and Kraft box tape are renewable and recyclable. Plastic in disposable packaging is just wrong for trains. I despise packing peanuts, so there's that too. We only charge actual cost of shipping from the carrier. No mark-ups on shipping to make up for an artificially low selling price to pull you in. We adhere to the 3 day shipping window "on paper" since as much as we wish this were a full-time job, it's not. We get frustrated with vendors who print a shipping label and then sit on your item for three or four days before packing it up and shipping it out. Occasionally, your item will sit for a day in that status with me over a weekend if I get your order packed early. It typically means the Post Office is closed.
