IF YOU LOOK AT THE LAST PICTURES, THIS ONE DOES NOT HAVE THE TETHER STRAP LIKE THE ONE IN THE LAST PICTURE (THE STRAP I CIRCLED IN BLUE) BUT DOES HAVE BOTH TIE POINTS LIKE THE ONES IN THE 2ND TO LAST PICTURE. Like I mentioned, this is new so I believe these newer ones don't come with the teather strap ? In the 2nd to last picture, you can see it says the bottom latches are so it can be reclined for easy diaper changes, so I'm assuming that's why they don't have the teather strap. I had a few of these new in the and none of them had the teather strap. I did see some teather straps on Amazon if you need some. I just did not check to see if they would fit these.
