We used Gain detergent with Lysol Laundry Sanitizer. The apparel is then photographed and inventoried, placed in an air tight zip close bag, and then put in a box until it is ready to ship to you! All of our merchandise is stored in a clean smoke free environment. We do not smoke nor do we allow smoking in our facility so be assured, your item will be fresh and clean! As for pets, well, we love dogs and have two so we do our best to make sure none of their hairs get on your clothes but we can't promise. We just love our dogs and they come to work with us every day. Not sorry. :) Our pets are clean too! :)We do our very best to check and double check each item for any flaws.
