Description: PLEASE READ THIS listing DESCRIPTION: This listing is for 1x Foil Decree of Pain from Commander Arsenal set this is for a Foil black bordered version of the card. A picture of one of the cards available has been provided to give you an idea of the approx. condition of the card you will be receiving. All of my Commander Arsenal Foil cards are straight from the sealed packaging they were opened from and while many will be in NM/M condition, some things like print lines (mostly visible at an angle in the light) or other very minor flaws (also visible at the right angle in the light) may be affecting the cards and not as easily able to be seen from the pictures, so just keep that in mind when purchasing. All cards up for listing are the English versions of the cards unless specified in the listing title. You can purchase with confidence as well, with my 100% positive feedback rating.
