The average person probably isn’t aware, but there is a phenomenal amount of this material that ends up in landfills due to surface disc damage & the difficulties in recycling, not to mention the labor costs that goes into dealing with broken cases & inspection of disc surfaces. These challenges are all exacerbated by the declining market for physical entertainment.These are particularly difficult problems to solve, but we believe we can have a material impact! FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Why do you use stock photos? Due to technical limitations in eBay’s system & the large item count that we regularly carry, we are not able to offer custom photos. We often have many of the same items in our inventory, but eBay does not allow us to have multiple listings for the same item in the same condition. These items must be grouped under the same listing. Why do you change product packaging for some products? As you probably are aware, CD jewel cases are quite fragile & many in the used market are broken or damaged. We also change out jewel cases in order to reduce package waste & optimize for shipping as much as possible, so that we can keep our prices low & our environmental footprint even lower. Your prices are so low, are you selling genuine products? Absolutely! We carry inventory from a variety of sources, but we only deal in genuine products. We have been in business for over 10 years & have a great deal of experience keeping suspect items out of our supply chain. eBay’s estimated delivery times says I should have my item, but it hasn’t arrived yet? eBay delivery estimates are based on their own internal system. Unfortunately, economy shipping often arrives outside of eBay's estimated delivery window. We have made more premium shipping upgrades available for time sensitive purchases. You gave me a refund for non-delivery, but my item was delivered the next day. How can I reverse the refund? Most people don’t realize it, but libraries tend to carry multiple units of the newest titles. Due to limited shelf space, they reduce the number of copies they carry over time in order to have room for their newest offerings. We work with organizations to help turn a libraries overstock into funds that the libraries can use towards their newest acquisitions! Do you answer questions on the weekend? No, we have a staff with regular Monday through Friday hours. Unfortunately we are not able to answer customer service questions on nights or weekends at this time.
