Description: Loaded MJT Alder Stratocaster body in Charcoal Frost Metallic lacquer finish with HSH pickup configuration. This was a body that I special ordered from MJT in early 2021. I wanted the HSH pickup configuration with finish checking and very little to no aging or wear spots. I wanted a realistic looking body that did not look fake or overdone and they did a great job. The finish checking has increased and spread in the time I have had it and it looks wonderful. This listing includes the body, hardware, pickguard, tremolo plate, pickup covers, knobs, switch tip, and tremolo tip (on tremolo arm). There are no other electronics or pickups included With the listing. The hardware (pickguard screws, strap buttons, input jack plate) is all factory aged Gotoh parts Made In Japan. Fender aged stamped steel saddles are mounted to an aged Gotoh GE101TS tremolo system with a steel block. The white 3-ply pickguard, 1-ply tremolo cover, and pickup covers are all real used old parts taken off of an old guitar and are not artificially aged. The knobs, 5-way switch tip, and tremolo tip are hand aged to match the overall patina of the naturally aged parts. I will also include the aged countersunk pickup screws as shown in the photos. I have had 3 different loaded pickguards and 2 different tremolo covers on this guitar since l've had it and as a result there are a few extra holes but mostly on the back around the tremolo cavity as shown in photos #6, #7, & #8. Obviously the holes cannot be seen when the pickguard or tremolo cover is installed. Overall the body is in very good to excellent overall condition considering that it is aged. If you know about MuT then you know they are the best at what they do. The guitar looks incredible and is super versatile being able to accept multiple pickup configurations because of the HSH pickup routing the body has. I will include a few Fender tremolo arm springs with the body. I recommend to put a spring in before installing the tremolo arm. As the arm is being tightened the spring will take up the slack and the tension will prevent the tremolo arm from knocking around when using it. The tremolo arm also gets very close to the body when it is almost all the way tight and the spring tension will prevent it from getting too close to the body. This is an amazing relic/aged body loaded with top notch hardware and a killer Strat pickup configuration. Charcoal Frost is a rare color and in my opinion looks so awesome!! Email any questions.
