This is absolutely one of the sweetest catchers mitts you will ever put on your hand ! The glove is fully and perfectly broken in, it is game ready, it is flexible and very well padded so your young player will not struggle with a hard to use glove ! The glove also has an incredible pocket as you can clearly see in the photos ! So once the ball enters the pocket of this glove it is not going to pop out ! Checkout the 4th and the 5th photos how the glove just wraps itself around the baseball and the 6th photo shows how the glove looks in the closed position without a baseball in the pocket and the 7th photo shows how the glove wraps itself around a full size 12 inch round softball in the pocket ( so you can clearly see that this mitt is NOT designed for softball ) ! As far as fitting goes the glove is a tight fit on my adult size hand and it is also snug in the finger stalls ! So it’s a perfect fit for any younger boy ! The laces are very good and the glove is in solid condition ! The inner lining is in excellent condition as the glove is extremely comfortable to the hand and the fingers all the way up through the finger stalls !
