Description: Console has been disassembled and cleaned thoroughly. Falcon model Xbox with HDMI. Has original Blades dashboard. Factory dashboard. Not downgraded. Flaws: Cannot read disc. Gets open tray error. I completely cleaned disc drive. Installed new belt for the drive. It opens and closes smoothly. I tried to adjust calibration but didn’t work. Believe it just needs a laser replacement. I have included pictures of the model of DVD drive if you want to order another laser. AV component cable will not show video. Tried on multiple TVs and different composite and component cables. Works just fine with HDMI cable which is why that’s included in the bundle.
