How to determine what size replacement bushing to purchase: To see which bushing size to purchase, standard or .003 or .005 oversized, take the freehub off the rear wheel and measure the hub surface next to the rubber seal which is all the way inside the hub. A digital caliper or 2" micrometer works best. If your hub measures .984-.983" order the standard size. If your hub measures, 979 -.978 the .003 over this the .005 oversized bushing fits best. Hubs with this much wear are always worn past the anodize layer and subject to more rapid wear because the bare aluminum is softer than the anodized hub surface.
