If you don't have the banjo bolt/brass splitter pieces (hard too find and pricey) it's impossible to connect the 1/4" brake line to the master cylinder. The lines won't seat and you'll have a leak.That's where this adapter comes in. The male end has a flat surface seal that will seat into the end cap.The female end will accept the 1/4" inverted flare line.We will even throw in a copper washer in case your master cylinder surface has imperfections.This can be used on other master cylinders that require a flat seat seal and use 1/4" brake lines.
