If it were sent to CGC for grading, a pressing and cleaning might help its grade even further. This issue starts the Marvel Team-Up series, with Spider-Man and the Human Torch fighting the Sandman in this story. It also features the first appearance of Misty Knight, unnamed, as an additional bonus. It has been part of my personal collection for several years, bagged and boarded in a non-smoking home.
