We always attempt to be as accurate and honest as possible in our listings and your item should arrive as described. Because we take great pride in our service and positive feedback is important to us, we would never knowingly undertake a transaction whereby the customer is given the wrong or incorrect information. On the rare occasion this happens, it is human error and we would ask our customers to please contact us BEFORE leaving negative feedback so we can resolve the issue.
