Description: This is a vintage lithograph print of Lord Baden-Powel of Gilwell, the founder of the world-wide Scouting movement. The print is 5 7/8" (150mm) wide x 8 3/8" (213mm) tall. The image is a drawing that seems to be based on a photograph. The drawing is signed and dated in the bottom right corner, but I am unable to read the signature and date. Based on the text on the bottom of the print (which is in Polish) I believe that these prints were originally published by a Polish Scouting organization, and printed by a firm in Maczkowie, Poland. There are five prints available, all are in excellent condition. Photos are the actual items. Please ask any questions before making a purchase. The text on the bottom of the print reads:LORD BADEN-POWELL OF GILWELL. Wydawca: Krag Starszoharcerski im. A. Malkowskiego w Maczkowie.Drukarnia: Carl Vieth, Solingen-Ohligs. Sauerbreystrasse 43-45, Telefon 32585.
