Description: Very good condition. There are a few flaws to note. The hanging gargoyle studio sign which hangs to the left of the door has broken off and is missing. The weathervane has broken off but is included and can be repaired. There is some sticker residue on the front left of the large Scultpure Studio engraving. There are no other flaws that I could detect. Overall, this piece is in very good condition. The lighting works. It comes with the original box, foam insert and instructions.
