Cast on the lens is B11 TOP KOITO MADE IN JAPAN. Inked on the housing is KK 1H4B 9567 KOITO MADE IN JAPAN KL. The chrome on the trim ring is mostly shiny, but does have speckling and small surface rust spots. It needs a good cleaning inside. Buyer to pay packaging/shipping.
