This is made to work with but does not include the APP-1001-2 adapter. Parts in this retrofit kit are produced by Allgeyer Performance Products. Items included: · Rubber carburetor to engine coupling · Hose clamp *Note: Carb to engine boot is not OEM. Over the past few years some customers have experienced trouble with the OEM boot during installation. By making the parts from another tubing rated for fuel exposure the FCR position can be manipulated more easily making installation less challenging. Depending on who Keihin made your carb for (Honda, Yamaha, etc.) it could be slightly taller or shorter. There are many variations of the FCR MX carb. Better positioning will keep installers from smashing the carb’s throttle hosing into the gas tank and upper frame member.
