Description: John Wanamaker Philadelphia Vintage Wallet Card Holder Change Purse Good condition. From the John Wanamaker Grand Depot department store in Philadelphia. The Wanamaker store was open starting 1910. The age of this piece is unknown. It is stamped “Made in Italy for John Wanamaker” on the interior. Pockets for 9 cards. On the inside, the lefthand pocket is tearing out, with fraying along the edge of the fabric. The right side pocket is still functional. The change purse on the back is in good order. There is a loop on the inside, presumably for a pencil or pen. 7 inches long and 4.25 wide when closed. Overall it is in pretty good condition.
