She has created this store to sabotage our store by trying to make customers think it was our store. Using a fake user ID (butterbean_649), she purchased an item from us to get our names/address, leave negative feedback (removed by eBay) and to look for us on social media to harass us. Ebay has confirmed by her IP address that mochiboo is sad*old*ranch and butterbean_649. As sad*old*ranch, she created the Jellycat Squiggles Kitty listing showing the Squiggles Kitty having sex with the Jellycat Amuseable Bean (she added cartoon effects) and the Jellycat Bruce Bush Baby listing showing Bruce Bush Baby having sex with the Jellycat Tumbletuft Kitten (she added cartoon effects) and saying "Jellycats can have fun too". With the Jellycat Hibernating Penguin and Jellycat Fluffy Starfish listings she created, she removed the watermarks from our current listing pictures and put sad*old*ranch watermarks on them for her sad*old*ranch listings so they would have the same pictures as our listings and she introduces us by name and calls us many inappropriate names. These listings are available for viewing. The more offensive listings were removed by eBay. We do not know this person. We are simply exposing mochiboo since most internet bullies and harassers try to keep their true identities hidden. 9/14/2023 UPDATE: After several months, mochiboo has just realized that we exposed her as sad*old*ranch and she has taken down all of her sad*old*ranch listings. Due to the personal attacks in the sad*old*ranch listings and in the negative feedback left by butterbean_649, eBay completed an official investigation into mochiboo/sad*old*ranch/butterbean_649 several months ago. All information regarding her personal info (IP address, registration, etc.) and each sad*old*ranch listing she created have been gathered and is forever stored with eBay. We were given the case file numbers should we need them in the future. We also kept copies of the listings and pictures she created as sad*old*ranch. After taking down her sad*old*ranch store, mochiboo has created a third store: sunnyside*toy*store. Another one of mochiboo's efforts to sabotage our store. This time by trying to impersonate us as closely as she can with pictures, descriptions and even horse icon. She is running two eBay Jellycat stores concurrently with different pictures and pricing on the same items.
