There are six locking latches on two sides of the case. Two of the four casters are locking. There are some light scratches and/or scuff marks on the item from normal use. This sale is for the United States ONLY. The equipment case is also available for local pick-up in Watsonville, CA. 95076. The unit will be strapped and wrapped to a pallet and shipped be freight.
