Rubber portion has been counter-bored and aluminum top is secured with a ¼-20 hex bolt. Rubber portion has knurl marks on the side for better grip. Just insert, turn 90 degrees and proceed with your jack. To remove, just turn back 90 degrees and remove after work procedure is done.
