Description: Due to the increase in volume of packages being shipped through the US Postal System, shipping times have occasionally been longer than those estimated by either eBay or the USPS tracking tool. Vintage unused (NOS) souvenir badge/patch from Ireland is shield shaped, with a shamrock, a laurel wreath, a harp, and two Irish flags.This may or may not have an adhesive backing,(cannot be sure without opening the packaging) but sewing it in place is recommended anyhowsince this is older (1970's - 1980's), and the adhesive may no longerbe very effective.The final photo is the area that appears to be anadhesive backing (still not sure, though).If you only desire an adhesive or iron-on patch, please don't purchase this one since this may only be a sew-on type. The packaging has darkened a bit from age - especially the tape at the top.
