The thicker the viscosity of the glue, the more slowly it dries and the better it is at gap-filling. "Thick" has a longer working time, works well with poorly-fitting pieces, and stays where you put it! The "Medium" is a great general-purpose glue for construction and repairs. The water-thin "Thin" version is for tightly-fitting pieces - it wicks into very tight joints and cracks, soaks into porous items, and dries very quickly. All three types are available separately on ebay, "a la carte". This is REGULAR CA and is NOT Foam-Safe.
