It's been scratch built here in the Pghtrainfanatic workshop using a highly detailed image printed on 100 lb card stock paper, then precisely mounted to 1/2” thick foam board. The separately applied weathered smokestack, and cotton (smoke) are also included. •Industrial #3G This very realistic factory building front features ultra cool distressed glass windows with many vents and exhaust pipes. The newly designed garage door really blends in well and adds detail and realism. The no trespassing sign on the door adds the final detail. LED light above doorway (not pictured) will illuminate your structure. There's also a small weathered smokestack with prototypical looking dirty smoke exhaust. The sides are painted gray to match the front, and the back is stamped with my logo!
