Description: This listing includes 6 Powerex CM600HA-12H IGBT Modules and Heatsink. The IGBTs are 600V, 600Amp Powerex Modules (OPERATIONALLY TESTED). The Heatsink is air-cooled and measures 16.75" long 9.125" Wide and 4.25 overall Height. The cold plate itself is .450" thick. The IGBT mounting hardware is Phillip Screws (metric) and will be included. Heatsink Grease is not included and will need to be applied by buyer. We are running a Clearance Sale and almost all of our item prices have been slashed. With prices this low we CAN NOT offer a Return Policy except for items damaged in shipping.
