Do this prep away from the impacted location. Ensure you have a strong lid for it that can be applied quickly and securely. Take a chime candle (black ideally) and affix it standing up at the location most impacted in the late evening (I'd suggest sometime after 2am but you want to be done as close to dawn as possible so gauge the spirit's usual activity level for a more precise start time and make sure you are appropriately well rested) - you'll be watching the flame once the process is started as an indicator when to seal the bottle. I'd suggest making two circles in salt, ash, bone, eggshell, or the like as prefered by your tradition - one around you, and a larger one encompassing that circle and the set up of bottle and candle. Then it's fairly simple, drop a prayer to whatever you believe in for protection and guidance, light the candle, make music (ideally with a shamanic instrument such as a rattle or drum - while helpful trance isn't necessary nor even recommended for anyone untrained), and read the candle flame. When it starts to behave erratically (changing heights frequently, sputtering, odd smoke patterns, unnatural melting, etc etc) break the exterior circle cleanly (keep your own intact) and keep watching. The spirit will go to drink (you might even see ripples) but the components will keep it bound (the flame will almost immediately die to a single often long but always stable point as the sign). Seal the bottle when that's happened. Purify by leaving in sunlight from dawn to dusk and then dispose by ideally leaving in a graveyard (remember to pay your entrance and exit and get out before nightfall) or barring that running water away from the location just make sure no animals can be harmed by your components. Then cleanse and ward the location as per your tradition.
