Modern geometry, boost spacing, and dropper routing. -2º Works Components angle adjust headset installed. Originally built for a 140mm fork and 27.5" wheels, but rides beautifully with a 120mm fork and 29" wheels - this drops the BB and lengthens the reach, making the geometry more modern. Paragon sliding dropouts, 44mm head tube. Clears a 2.4" tire. I'm 5'7" and this bike fits me well. Geometry from original Waterford chart: Reach 423mm Stack 622mm Head angle 69º (With angle adjust headset this is closer to 67º) Seat tube angle 74º Seat tube length 440mm Chainstay 430mm at shortest BB drop 55mm I've included photos of the current state, as well as the original build sheet and a geometry sheet I put together showing the 2º angle set, a 130mm fork, and 29" wheels. A 120mm fork would work better, as it would lengthen the reach and drop the BB a little.
