Return policy details: You have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the item, and receive a full refund AFTER the item has been returned back to Tradition of Oxford in a perfect (and undamaged/unused) condition. This will normally include the items retail packaging, but NOT include the shipping packaging and wrapping. For the purposes of clarifying the date and time of receipt for the start of your 7 day period, this is taken from either the Recorded Delivery signature, or for Standard First Class (next day) Post this will be 24 hours after the Royal Mail postmark (or mechanised frank). You therefore have a further 6 days to cancel the order from the date of posting. The postage charge for the item return is at the customers own cost, with the initial delivery charge to the customer at our cost. Both parties therefore incur costs in the transaction. Any damage or sign of use of the item will nullify the cancellation and either the item will be returned back to the customer with no refund, or compensation for such use or damage will be agreed upon before a partial refund is processed.
