Description: This antique French traditional kitchen match box has nothing printed on the front. Most such boxes say “Allumettes” on them. The box has a cool blue, orange, and white flame pattern. Thick enamel and bright colors. There are the usual spots of enamel wear and rust but nothing serious. They are primarily at the edges and hinges (see photos) and some rust at back seam in the interior. No holes. Measures 6” wide, 3” deep and 6 3/4” tall.
