The disc is virtually spotless and plays perfectly (tested thoroughly). The booklet, which is mostly in Japanese, is in great shape. The tray card side labels are also in Japanese, but there is an extra label (that can easily be removed) in English over one of the spines (on the outside of the plastic case). The outside of the plastic case has slight shelf wear.
