Description: Beautiful Fostoria Glass “mushroom” style candle holder: - Brocaded Acorns/Oak Leaf/Oak Wood pattern w/ intricate impressed & acid etched oak stems, leaves & acorns (reverse frosted) - Azure (pale blue) w/iridescent finish producing glittering light play - Gold gilt edged - Approx. 2.25” high x 5.5” diameter - ca. 1928-1931 (all Fostoria's brocaded patterns made for only this short period; they were transition pieces between old carnival glass period & depression era) - Their status as "elegant"/“gift" glass that required more manufacturing steps, plus short manufacturing period & beauty, resulted in them being harder to find - Good used antique shape w/no cracks, chips or repairs; typical of pieces this age, there is wear to gold gilt edging (re-gilding is possible); BUT please enlarge & examine all photos as item’s best representations to determine design, size, color & condition by your standards & ask any questions you may have prior to purchase - Photos taken in indoor fluorescent light & are unaltered/no filters; additional photos available upon request - I’m not a store/reseller — glass is from my personal collection that I must downsize — but I’m a careful & experienced glass packer for shipping Thank you
