It imitates common baitfish, leeches, and crayfish found in streams, rivers, and lakes around the world. It is one of the most productive smaller streamers in the Western U.S. The fly is composed of a bunny strip, some flash, and a nice marabou collar to push water and make noise when stiriped. It has a gold conehead for extra weight to punch the surface and get swimming fast. It also is tied on a 90-degree jig hook to help keep it "weedlesss" and ride hook point up.
