The piece depicts a pair of Arab men at a marketplace, and is bright and colorful throughout. It is signed by the artist in the lower left corner, and was painted c. 1890. It has been professionally reframed with acid-free materials. The painting measures 26.5" x 18", and the outer dimensions of the frame are 32" x 25". It is in excellent condition, essentially free of flaws. There are no tears, creases, fading, or restoration. The frame is also in excellent condition, and ready for immediate hanging.
