Mr. Chorvat graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law School in 1986, where he served on the Michigan Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif. He received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Northwestern University in 1983, where he was chosen to be a member of Phi Beta Kappa.
